Feature 1- Interactive Novel
Be immersed in like a web-novel
We used the format of web-novels to increase user engagement and make a product manual more engaging.
FEATURE 2-Gamification
Gamifying micro-interactions to engage users
Instead of reading a text-based manual, users can touch, swipe, and drag UI elements to learn about the key features of Samsung products while enjoying the playlists.
FEATURE 3- Customized experience
Most relevant products based on user data
Based on the user's location and time data, we curated playlists most relevant to them.

Communication is the key
While I had worked on several website projects before, this was the first project I took on in a senior role. I learned how to convince stakeholders and convey the value of design by leading weekly meetings between diverse stakeholders; clients, PMs, and engineers.

Balancing business goals and user needs
As a UX designer, I had to make sure that our design achieved marketing KPIs while maintaining usability.

Considering inclusivity
After several usability testing with initial prototypes, we adjusted the location of buttons, touch areas, and other features to increase accessibility for more diverse users.
